- Oct 25 Pat Leonard (X) Giants inactives: Safety Jevon Holland (concussion), corner Greg Newsome (concussion), swing tackle Marcus Mbow (knee), TE Theo Johnson (neck), CB Nikko Reed, OL Josh Sills, QB Jake Haener (emergency 3rd QB)
- Oct 25 Dan Duggan (X) My theory on Nubin: He may be active just to serve as the personal protector on punts. That's an important role and Micah McFadden filled in for Nubin last week. With McFadden due for a full workload at MLB, his ST snaps need to be reduced. Might explain why ST coordinator Chris Horton was such a keen observer of Nubin's pregame workout · Quoting Dan Duggan: Well, Nubin is active, so guess it went better than it looked. Practice squad elevation Raheem Layne is also active, so some depth built in at safety. The inactives: • QB Jake Haener (emergency QB) • TE Theo Johnson • OL Marcus Mbow • OL Josh Sills • CB Greg Newsome • CB Nikko Reed • S Jevon Holland Mbow was questionable with a knee injury. JC Davis is the swing tackle today.

Nubin hit a pad, hit the goal post and did some DB drills. He then had a long conversation with ST coordinator Chris Horton and trainers and went back and hit the goal post a few more times. Didn’t seem to go well, but we’ll see when inactives come out in 35 minutes

- Oct 11 Ed Valentine (Bluesky) My guess at today's Giants' inactives: S Jason Pinnock (out-concussion) TE Thomas Fidone RB Devin Singletary OT J.C. Davis DT Bobby Jamison-Travis CB Nikko Reed -- The Giants need only 6 inactives today with just 52 players on the roster after Chauncey Golston was placed on IR.

- Oct 4 Jordan Raanan (X) This gives the Giants flexibility to use J.J. McCarthy in specific packages. Perhaps short yardage or goal line? Something to utilize his legs? · Quoting Jordan Raanan: J.J. McCarthy is active. Not the emergency third-string QB. Ar'Darius Washington, Jihad Ward and Devin Singletary inactive. Washington hasn't worked out so far. - Oct 4 Dan Duggan (X) Hmm, surprised Jihad Ward is inactive. And this means JJ McCarthy is just regular active, no emergency QB designation. He can enter the game at any point · Quoting Dan Salomone: GIANTS INACTIVES ▪️S Ar’Darius Washington ▪️RB Devin Singletary ▪️CB Nikko Reed ▪️OLB Jihad Ward ▪️OL J.C. - The Giants elevated Berrios and Harrison for the second straight week · Quoting Dan Duggan: Giants-Rams pregame thought No. 3. Here's my predictions for the practice squad elevations and the inactives: • Expecting the same practice squad elevations as last week: WR/KR Braxton Berrios and OLB Malik Harrison. Here’s my projection for the Giants’ inactives. Feel confident in the positions, but a few toss-ups: • RB Najee Harris: As soon as Tyrone Tracy fumbled last week, I had Harris taking his spot on the active roster. But Tracy plays ST and his KR skills are valuable with Deonte Banks questionable (I don't think Banks plays). Harris’ time is coming. • TE Thomas Fidone: No path to a game-day jersey if the tight ends stay healthy. • OL JC Davis: Redshirt season barring a tackle injury. • DL Bobby Jamison-Travis: Another redshirt candidate. • DL CJ Okoye: Josh Tupou was signed to the 53 for a reason. This spot is a toss up between Okoye and Darius Alexander. Think Alexander…

Just walked off the practice field. Veteran corner Paulson Adebo was not out here at all.
Noteworthy, since Giants have to make a roster move with the addition of their new corner from Chargers Nikko Reed
Deonte Banks was on the side with trainers the whole time we were out here. Not encouraging for Monday, although still time · Quoting Pat Leonard: “Colton is a great corner. I’m thinking I want to see him go in & make a play. I don’t take anything personally. I’m gonna keep working my ass off.”
