Game day An hour before kickoff One alert naming any of your players in that game who are questionable, doubtful, out or inactive, while there's still time to change your lineup. With Sleeper connected, it checks your actual starting lineups instead: who you're starting that won't play, byes and empty slots, and who on your bench could fill in, plus a late-scratch alert just before kickoff.

Scoring

Sets how much a catch is worth against a carry, which decides whether a possession receiver outranks a goal-line back.

Full PPR Half PPR Standard

Roster format Superflex / 2QB Starting quarterbacks become your most valuable assets, so QB news moves up. TE premium Bonus per tight-end reception, so tight-end news ranks closer to receivers. IDP: I roster individual defenders Defensive news ranks low by default because most leagues don't start defenders. Turn this on and linebackers, corners and safeties rank like the starters they are in your league. Kicker slotTurn off and kicker news stops competing for the top. Team defense slotKeeps team-level defensive news in play.

Using defaults: full PPR, one QB, no IDP.

Effect on ranking

How far a mention of each position lifts a story in the Top ordering under your current settings. A higher weight ranks sooner.

RB 1.60

WR 1.50

TE 1.20

QB 1.00

K 0.30

Severity outweighs all of it. An Out or injured reserve headline beats any position, and one of your own rostered players beats everything. See how the ranking is performing.
