A few postgame notes from Harbaugh: • JJ McCarthy was active to give them the option in case they wanted to put him in the game to run plays they had prepared for him. It was "unrealistic" to make McCarthy the No. 2 QB though, so Jake Haener was also active. • Harbaugh said the center change was based on John Michael Schmitz missing "a couple of days of practice" due to the birth of his child. Bryan Hudson had been practicing well enough that they wanted to work him in. Harbaugh said the change made sense based on the circumstances, but noted it's "not a long-term thing." He said they have two centers they really like. Show all
