Bucs elevated two players from the practice squad for Sunday’s game vs Bengals: RB Josh Williams, LSU; DB Ifeatu Melifonwu, Syracuse. Good indication they don’t expect to have RB Sean Tucker (hamstring), who was listed as doubtful Friday.
