Following up on what RBs coach Tony Dews had to say about Lan Larison, here is more insight from Dews on the Patriots' other two RBs expected to be active today:
🏈Rhamondre Stevenson: “He is an unbelievable back. I’ve had an opportunity to work with some really good backs, but his versatility and his mental awareness for football is elite. He can play all three downs, but I think he is really elite in the protection part of the game, and he obviously has a really good skillset. He catches the ball really well out of the backfield, he’s a good route-runner, and as a runner he has really good feet and he’s really smooth. He’s moving faster than I think people think. He has quickness, agility to make people miss, yet he has a strong lower body and can run with power. I think people get used to setting him up from an athletic standpoint, but then his balance and power – when he needs to run with balance and power – he has that as well. I’m excited to see what this season brings for him.…
