- One thing Kellen Moore said today that I think is relevant: He sees the practice squad as an extension of the roster, so the Saints manage things as if it's a 70-man roster. Only 48 can be active on any gameday. I point this out because the Saints currently have just 4 WRs on the roster. Typically that wouldn't seem like enough, but a player like Kevin Austin is viewed as functionally part of that group. It feels like a near certainty that he's elevated for Week 1.
