- Rewatching the game: This was a miscommunication between Sainristil and Nick Cross. It was a two-man route concept with Wicks and Goedert. Both of them went with Wicks, which left Goedert uncovered. That confusion led to both players freezing and leaving Wicks open. · Quoting Tashan Reed: Looked like Sainristil lost the ball there. Dontayvion Wicks hauls in a deep shot from Jalen Hurts for a massive gain.

- 6d Nicki Jhabvala (X) Not sure what was going on in coverage on Hurts' 64-yard completion to Dontayvion Wicks. Mike Sainristil saw Nick Cross coming over, then turned back and Wicks pulled away. Three plays later, Hurts hit TE Dallas Goedert up the middle on 3rd-and-17 for the TD.
