- Sep 6 Matt Barrows (Bluesky) DE Sam Okuayinonu previously had a plate in his foot. He was stepped on in practice last week and his foot broke. He'll have to have surgery. Kyle Shanahan said "the hope" is that Sam O. can return at some point this season but safe to say he'll miss the bulk of it.
