- Oct 11 Mike Reiss (Bluesky) Patriots defensive coaching staff will have to alter plan to help Marcus Jones (5-8, 188) in the matchup against Brock Bowers (6-3, 237). This is where not having starting CBs Christian Gonzalez (6-1, 205) and Carlton Davis III (6-1, 200) stings for the team.+1

- Oct 4 Mike Reiss (Bluesky) Bills 17, Patriots 14 (half): Competitive. Then gifted 3 points to Buffalo as work late in 2nd quarters has been below par. Missed hands-to-face penalty on Drake Maye lost fumble, and debatable defensive holding penalty on Marcus Jones on 3rd-&-16, hurts NE cause. NE gets ball.+1
- Oct 4 Andrew Callahan (Bluesky) Buffalo is 3rd in rushing success rate inside opponents' 5-yard line since the start of last year, and Vrabel gave away important real estate. Allen scores a 2-yard rushing TD. Vrabel also studies every ref crew. He knows who's sensitive and who's not. Just bad, bad, bad. · Quoting Andrew Callahan: Mike Vrabel flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct after a killer penalty on Marcus Jones in the red zone. Half the distance for Buffalo for nothing that happened on the field. You just can't have it.
- Oct 4 Mike Reiss (Bluesky) Bill Vinovich slaps Mike Vrabel with an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty after Marcus Jones is called for defensive holding on third-and-16. Tough call. But can't put your team in a deeper hole as a result of it.+1
