Signal 5 most important first
- Dohnte Meyers. Books have his reception prop at 2.5?!? I think that's overbaking Week 4 with Chase injured early. Bengals rank 1st in 12 personnel (46%). Not a full-time slot role. 30% routes Week 5. Projection: 1.25 UNDER.

Bengals WR Colbie Young has a knee injury. His return is doubtful. Bengals WR corps already down Andrei Iosivas (IR, thumb) takes another hit. Even more falls onto Dohnte Meyers now.

Rookie Daylen Everette is in.

Confirmed initial 53 #Bengals WR room:
-Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins
-Andrei Iosivas
-Dohnte Meyers
-Colbie Young
-Ke'Shawn Williams (KR/PR)
Meyers ability as returner provides insurance if Williams got injured.
Obviously, team would love to keep Tinsley on PS, if possible.

- Aug 30 Paul Dehner Jr. (X) Would challenge anyone to find a better story in an NFL camp this year than Dohnte Meyers rising from zero stars, undrafted, unwanted, paying to be part of an open tryout in the CFL to now running as WR4 in Cincinnati. Fairy tale stuff.

If not for the emergence of Dohnte Meyers and drafting of Colbie Young, Tinsley would have been a part of the #Bengals WR rotation just as he was last year. With Iosivas and Young hurt this becomes the obvious, smoothest move. · Quoting Adam Schefter: A return: Bengals are signing WR Mitch Tinsley off the Texans practice squad and on to their active roster. Tinsley was in Cincinnati’s camp this summer, but signed with Houston’s practice squad. And now he is back.

- Sep 29 Paul Dehner Jr. (X) The arrival of Mitch Tinsley brings with it the departure of Ke'Shawn Williams after he muffed the punt that turned the tide in Pittsburgh. Trust at that position is just tough to get back. Dohnte Meyers earned the trust of everyone throughout his journey as being extremely reliable, that includes as a returner (Meyers notably hopped on a punt illegally touched against Tampa). Mitch Tinsley brings help in easing the load on Meyers as a receiver. The No. 1 goal from that spot is always to give the ball back to Burrow. Ask Darius Phillips. They lean on that priority again.

- First depth chart of the season. No real surprises. Couple notes: - Dohnte Meyers listed as PR with Ke’Shawn Williams as KR. - Javon Foster backup RT (still competition tho). - Zero rookies on the first line, reminder of how much more fortified they are this year.

- Dohnte Meyers was a half step away from an 71-yard house call to set this building on fire. Great execution the lead blocks on the WR screen.
- Taylor said it happened sometime during the game. #Bengals have plenty of options there. Can go increased 2TE with some combo of All/Gesicki/Sample/Hudson. Also, Colbie Young, Dohnte Meyers have been playing a role. Even Ke'Shawn Williams has been a healthy scratch. Iosivas does a great job doing the dirty work from WR3 spot and that will be a big part of what they miss. · Quoting Junglelander: @pauldehnerjr Damn it. When did that happen? Hoping for a quick recovery. We need him.
- Dohnte Meyers with a hell of a run getting out of the muck and as soon as it opened up with a one on one with the kicker, the turf monster struck.

Robinson had 4 sacks and 10 pressures — leading the NFL in both — during the preseason.
