- During the 29-yard scramble for a TD by Williams, Devin Lloyd collided with Will Lee’s coverage assignment (Rome Odunze), which basically took him out of the play. If that collision doesn’t happen, it’s probably a 15-yard gain as opposed to a 29-yard TD. Williams did a nice job of cutting to the right, seeing Lloyd and escaping to the left, which also delayed Lloyd’s angle to the ball. Williams vision and speed as a runner are special, man. Side note: Jaelan Phillips’ angry reaction to big plays is evident on basically every score he’s on field for on defense.
