Chris McClellan's current career high for defensive snaps is 34, and that came in a game that went into overtime. With Jonathan Ford unavailable for at least four games and Javon Hargrave out for the season, McClellan's workload appears likely to increase meaningfully. · Quoting Jason B. Hirschhorn: The Packers have activated WR Savion Williams off IR while placing DT Jonathan Ford, DT Javon Hargrave, and WR Skyy Moore on IR. The team also elevated EDGE Arron Mosby and WR Coleman Owen from the practice squad for Week 7. Brandon Cisse remains questionable to play with a hip injury. Show all

I agreed with the Chris McClellan roughing in Minnesota. I agreed with the Brenton Cox Jr. roughing vs. Atlanta. Can't say I agree with that Lukas Van Ness roughing on Dak Prescott. I mean, that's a lot of nothing.

Packers HC Matt LaFleur on Chris McClellan's roughing penalty: "I thought he did a good job, but apparently, they saw something different." LaFleur said he saw McClellan use his arms to negate his body weight but added, "I'm not the white cap."

  • Sep 13 Ryan Wood (X) Chris McClellan is new to landing-on-QB, roughing rule. Now he knows that's how NFL calls it, but initially #Packers rookie thought he made huge play. "I've just got to learn how to veer off, swing to the side more. Can't put full body weight on him."
